Return Policy

Returns

Thank you for your purchase with Portfolio Hair. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within 14 days of the purchase date for a full refund. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund. All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. It also must be in the original packaging.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, minus taxes and shipping. Please allow at least 10 business days to process your return, and 7 days from the receipt of your item. Our dedicated Concierge team will notify you by email when your return has been processed. Due to sanitation and for hygiene reasons we do not allow exchanges.

Place the item securely in its original packaging [and include your proof of purchase/and the return form provided, and mail your return the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

When shipping your item back to us, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

Exceptions


The following items cannot be returned or processed for a refund:

– Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error 
– Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

All Promotional items are subject to partial refund only. If item is eligible for refund, funds will be returned minus promotional expenses. (Also excluded taxes & shipping)


Late or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)


If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check with your bank or credit card company. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at [email protected] and our expert team of Concierge will assist you in processing your refund.

Gift Cards

If you made a purchase using a gift card, and your refund is approved, once the returned item is received you’ll receive a credit back to your gift card for the value of your return.
